Startup Operations Virtual Assistant (AI-Powered SaaS + Marketing Support)

Hello! I’m building a new health-tech startup. We’re creating a SaaS platform for adult day centers and a Companion App for families and caregivers. Our goal is to improve how seniors, caregivers, and wellness programs connect — and we’re doing this with the help of AI + automation so we can scale quickly without a big team.

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who is smart, proactive, and comfortable using AI tools to help me run and grow the business. Your role will include researching adult day centers, managing outreach campaigns, and keeping our CRM updated. You’ll also use AI to generate blog posts, LinkedIn content, and newsletters, as well as create graphics (Canva/MidJourney) and manage a YouTube channel using AI (scripts, voiceovers, editing, and uploads). On the operations side, you’ll keep our project management system organized, coordinate with freelancers, and send me clear weekly updates. Occasionally, you’ll also draft onboarding guides and track pilot feedback.

To succeed, you should have excellent written English, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva, etc. Bonus if you know video tools like Pictory or Descript. This is a long-term role with flexible hours (20–40 hours/week) at $5–8/hour depending on experience, with weekly pay.
