Virtual Assistant – Pinterest, Instagram Outreach, Email Marketing & Canva Mockups

Description:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support marketing and outreach efforts for a growing Etsy shop specializing in the beauty industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative tasks and can follow clear processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Research and compile contact lists for schools and salon owners

Send personalized outreach emails and track responses in a clear, organized system

Maintain and schedule email campaigns using Linktree & Klayvio

Pin products on Pinterest to increase visibility

Conduct Instagram outreach to hairstylists, salon owners, and beauty schools

Create product mockups in Canva based on step-by-step instructions, as well as incorporating Gelato and Printify

Provide weekly progress updates and metrics

Assist with product listing creation on Etsy once trained

Requirements:

Experience in email marketing, Pinterest, and social media outreach

Proficiency with Canva and ability to follow design instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (no repeated errors)

Excellent written communication in English

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Communication:
Communication will primarily occur through WhatsApp. You will report directly to the Etsy shop owner and collaborate closely on tasks.

Compensation:
$200–$300/month (10–15 hours per week), depending on experience. Pay rate will be reviewed after 30 days based on performance.
