Go High Level Systems And Automation Specialist

The MedSpa Society, a boutique marketing agency specializing in aesthetics and wellness practices, is seeking a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) Systems & Automation Specialist. This role is pivotal to ensuring that our client onboarding, lead nurturing, and internal agency workflows are built for performance, efficiency, and scale.

We’re looking for someone who is not just a GHL expert, but also understands the inner workings of a marketing agency. You should be experienced with Zapier, Make and third-party integrations, and comfortable supporting a tech ecosystem that includes tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, and more.

Responsibilities:

Agency Setup & Maintenance: Oversee and manage the complete Go High Level agency buildout, ensuring clean configuration and scalable systems.

Client Sub-Account Creation: Set up, fast A2P approvals and configure subaccounts tailored to aesthetics and wellness practices.

Workflow Development: Build, optimize, and maintain advanced automation workflows for lead nurturing, appointment booking, pipeline movement, and retention.

Zapier & Tool Integration: Connect and automate workflows using Zapier to integrate with external tools and platforms (e.g., ad platforms, booking software, payment gateways).

AI Automation: Incorporate AI-driven automations and workflows to enhance efficiency, client engagement, and internal operations.

Database Reactivation Campaigns: Set up and execute SMS and email reactivation campaigns for both internal agency use and client accounts.

Client Onboarding & Support: Assist in onboarding new clients into the GHL ecosystem and provide ongoing support for questions, troubleshooting, and light training.

Snapshot Finalization: Finalize and maintain client-ready snapshots that reflect the needs of medspas, IV therapy clinics, and wellness brands.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas of opportunity within the system and processes to improve client outcomes and internal efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience setting up and managing Go High Level at the agency level

Strong understanding of marketing agency workflows, especially lead generation and client onboarding

Proficient with Zapier, Make and integrating third-party apps and tools

Experience in the aesthetics, wellness, or MedSpa industry

Comfortable setting up AI tools or automations (e.g., chat prompts, email personalization, AI-driven workflow triggers)

Able to troubleshoot, support, and document processes clearly

Excellent communication and self-management skills

Detail-oriented with a solution-oriented mindset
