Video Editor for Short-Form Content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

We are looking for a creative video editor to turn long-form videos (podcasts, interviews, courses, streams) into short, engaging clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What you’ll do:

Receive long-form video files (20–60 minutes).
Create 30–60 second clips with captions, jump cuts, background music, and dynamic text.
Follow modern, engaging short-form styles (Alex Hormozi, GaryVee, etc.).
Deliver 20–30 clips per month (5–7 per week).

Requirements:

Portfolio showing TikTok/Reels/Shorts editing.
Fast turnaround (3–5 days for a batch).
Strong communication (respond within 24h).
Reliable internet.

Growth:
Pay is based on clips delivered, not hours worked. The amount of clips may increase in the future, and so will your pay (more clips = more income).
