Video Editor (E-commerce Ads & VSLs)

We are looking for a full-time video editor to join our team and help us produce high-converting e-commerce ad creatives and VSLs.

? Responsibilities
• Edit 2 ad creatives per day (average 2 minutes each, with multiple hooks).
• Follow scripts, voiceovers, and guidelines provided for each video.
• Ensure precise alignment of b-rolls and script — every sequence must match the words.
• Add professional motion graphics and transitions (clean and adapted for an older audience, not flashy TikTok-style).
• Prioritize revisions before starting new videos.
• Deliver completed videos by 23:00 Philippines time.
• Communicate and deliver work via ---------- .
• Respond quickly to messages and feedback (responsiveness is very important).

? What we don’t want
• Ignoring or misreading instructions.
• Overuse of sound effects or flashy transitions.
• Videos not aligned with the script or missing b-rolls.
• Poor exports (bugs, missing sequences).
• Slow communication or delays.

• Full-time availability (5 days/week, ~8h/day).
• Experience with e-commerce ads or VSLs (portfolio required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to the letter.
• Open to feedback and fast at applying corrections.

• $600–$700/month, depending on skills and performance.
