Sales Representative

Full-Time | 9am–5pm EST | $800/month base + uncapped commissions
We’re searching for a confident closer who thrives on performance. You’ll take pre-booked calls with business owners, follow a proven script, and consistently close new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Take 12–20 qualified calls/month.
- Maintain 25–30% close rate.
- Close 4–5 new clients/month at $1,200 each.
- Update CRM daily and send summaries.
Requirements:
- Clear, confident spoken English.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- Professional discipline with reporting and follow-up.
Compensation & Growth:
- $800/month base.
- $175 per client closed (uncapped).
- $150 per client if monthly close rate >25%.
- +$100 bonus if all clients retained 2+ months.
