JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an ERP problem-solver and business optimizer who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations? We’re seeking an Odoo System Operations Manager to lead the ongoing success of our ERP platform and ensure it remains the backbone of our business.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between business operations and our technical partner. You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape smarter workflows, prioritize enhancements, and ensure Odoo drives growth across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, sales, finance, and accounting.
This is not a developer role—it’s a business operations leadership role where you’ll guide how Odoo supports the company, what gets built or configured, and when initiatives align with business priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system.
2. Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions—without unnecessary customization.
3. Partner with our technical provider (Ciranta) to scope, prioritize, and deliver enhancements.
4. Lead module rollouts, system adoption initiatives, and cross-system integrations.
5. Train, support, and empower users to follow best practices and use Odoo effectively.
6. Deliver actionable dashboards and KPI reports for executives and department leaders.
7. Safeguard data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For
1. 3–5+ years of Odoo ERP (or similar ERP) operations/implementation experience.
2. Strong understanding of Odoo core modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, Manufacturing).
3. Ability to analyze business processes and align them with Odoo workflows.
4. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
5. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain a plus.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
(Technical knowledge of Python/PostgreSQL is helpful but not required—this role partners with our technical team for development.)

Why Join Us
1. Play a mission-critical role in scaling and optimizing our ERP backbone.
2. Work with leadership that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
3. Be the go-to expert driving system adoption and company-wide efficiency.
4. Competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

If you’re excited about making an enterprise-wide impact through Odoo—not by coding, but by shaping smarter operations—we’d love to meet you!
