About the Role
The Video & Graphic Design Specialist will create visually stunning, platform-specific multimedia content to support Retreat Finder’s marketing campaigns and audience engagement goals. This role combines video editing expertise with graphic design skills to ensure the brand is represented consistently and compellingly across all channels.
We specifically seek someone with experience in luxury brands, personal growth, and travel.

Key Responsibilities
Long- and Short-Form Video Creation for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
Graphic Design for social media posts, email campaigns, website content, display ads, and promotional materials.

Key Formats You’ll Work With:
- Video: YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, promotional videos, long-form interviews.
- Graphics: Social media posts, email headers, infographics, website banners, and ads.
- Templates: Branding assets, reusable templates for efficiency and consistency.
