ManyChat DM Chatter

We are looking for a ManyChat DM Chatter (entry-level or experienced) to join our team. This role is the first touchpoint between our leads and our coaching programs, so you’ll play a critical role in building trust, creating authentic connections, and guiding people toward booking their first call with us.

This is a fixed-salary position starting at $400/month with clear room for growth as you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent results. We provide training, ongoing support, and access to resources to help you thrive in this role.


What You’ll Do
-Manage and respond to inbound Instagram DMs using our proven script frameworks
-Build authentic rapport and trust with leads through empathetic, professional conversation
-Guide prospects toward booking sales calls with our coaching team
-Track and update conversations, bookings, and outcomes in our backend systems
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers via WhatsApp for coordination and reporting
-Optimize your messaging approach with feedback and tools (including ChatGPT)


Key Requirements
-Strong written English (native or near-native level)
-Tech-savvy: comfortable with tools like ManyChat, Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
-Owns a reliable computer/laptop and has stable internet
-Responsive and reliable: able to meet response time standards (e.g., within 4–8 hours during active work windows)
-Positive attitude, growth mindset, and professional communication style
-Available for full-time work (hours are flexible, but responsiveness during work hours is required)
