Full-Stack Ruby on Rails / React Developer for AI-Powered SaaS Application

Cyber Security Resource is building an innovative SaaS platform that streamlines third-party security and compliance assessments for organizations. Our solution uses AI to auto-generate draft responses from a growing knowledge base and supports multi-tenant SaaS functionality, browser extensions for web form auto-filling, and secure reporting dashboards. We’re looking for talented developers to join our team and bring this product to market.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer experienced in Ruby on Rails and React to develop and maintain our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our AI integration engineer, browser extension developer, and AWS DevOps engineer to deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly application.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain backend services in Ruby on Rails, including APIs, multi-tenant architecture, and database management.

Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React for dynamic dashboards, reporting, and admin functions.

Integrate AI APIs (Claude and OpenAI) for auto-generating assessment responses.

Implement AI-human verification workflow for knowledge base updates.

Support browser extension integration for auto-filling web forms and extracting new questions.

Ensure secure handling of confidential client information and adherence to security best practices.

Collaborate with QA and DevOps tea ---------- mbers to ensure robust, scalable deployment and testing.

Participate in agile development sprints and provide documentation for code and system design.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React development.

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.

Knowledge of API development and integration with third-party services, including AI APIs.

Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.

Familiarity with Git, version control, and code review workflows.

Knowledge of security best practices and data protection principles.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with browser extension development (Chrome/Edge).

Familiarity with AI integration workflows and knowledge base management.

Exposure to AWS infrastructure and cloud deployment practices.

Experience with automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, Cypress).
