About the Opportunity

As our Residential Solar Consultant - Appointment Setter, you will be the key first impression for potential clients. Your primary mission is to conduct high-volume outbound calling, articulate the benefits of solar energy, and secure highly-qualified appointments for our expert sales team. We provide you with pre-screened leads, a supportive culture, and all the resources required to excel. If you are a disciplined self-starter with persuasive communication skills, this is your chance to shine.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting outbound calls to provided leads (prospects interested in grid-tied or off-grid systems).
* Educating prospects on the economic and environmental benefits of adopting clean energy.
* Skillfully managing objections and confirming a prospect's qualification for solar installation.
* Scheduling and confirming in-home or virtual consultations for our sales representatives.
* Maintaining precise records and notes in our CRM system.
* Consistently hitting or surpassing daily and weekly appointment targets.

Your Qualifications:

* Proven experience (1+ year) in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting. Experience with Energy Efficiency or the solar industry is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
* A professional, confident, and highly persuasive telephone manner.
* Strong active listening and critical problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable in a remote-work environment.
* Familiarity with the solar, energy storage, or net metering concepts is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Monthly Pay: We offer a base salary of $500 per month, paid bi-weekly.

Performance-Based Bonuses:

*Per-Appointment Bonus: Earn $25 for every confirmed demo you book.
*Weekly Bonus Structure:
* 3 Demos: $25
* 5 Demos: $50
* 7 Demos: $100

Monthly Bonus Structure:
* 8 Demos: $100
* 11 Demos: $200
* 14 Demos: $300
* 17 Demos: $400
* 20+ Demos: $750
