We’re a boutique advertising agency with 17+ years of experience, partnering with impact-driven companies to scale their growth through performance marketing. We blend strategy, data, and creativity to drive meaningful results — and we’re looking for a Tech + Funnel Specialist to join our team.

Must-haves

- 3+ years with Keap/Infusionsoft (CRM, automations, campaigns)
- 2+ years funnel building (landing pages, integrations, automations, tracking)
- 2+ years dashboard building with BI tools (Google Looker Studio or similar)
- 1+ year in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- 6 months with AI tools like ---------- v, cursor, base44 or similar
- Experience with email platforms like ConvertKit and ActiveCampaign
- Rudimentary coding skills (HTML, PHP, JavaScript) for troubleshooting tech issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills with tools like Zapier and Stealth

Nice to have

Experience with CRO tools such as VWO
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Broader knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms
