Job Title: List Builder / Data Research Specialist (Real Estate Niche)
Job Overview

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a List Builder / Data Research Specialist to help us create a nationwide database of real estate investors and wholesalers across all 50 states. Your role will be to research and collect company information using specific Google search queries and compile the data into organized spreadsheets for outreach and marketing campaigns.

This is role for someone detail-oriented, consistent, and able to deliver accurate, high-quality data.

Responsibilities

Research and compile lists of real estate investors and wholesalers in all 50 U.S. states.

Use the following Google search queries to find relevant businesses:

“sell my house fast + [city]”

“cash for homes + [city]”

“home buyers + [city]”

Collect and record accurate information such as:

Business name

Website

Phone number


Email
(if available)

City/State

Owner Name

Input all data into Google Sheets (or Excel), formatted clearly for easy review and upload into our CRM.

Ensure there are no duplicate entries and the list is clean and verified.

Provide progress updates and meet deadlines for list completion.

Requirements

Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Google search operators and online data scraping (manual or with tools).

Familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection.

Bonus: Experience building lists for U.S.-based real estate or marketing agencies.
