About the role
We move components fast and clean. You’ll win RFQs, source smartly (authorized and open market), and protect quality from quote to delivery. If you’ve already worked with Mouser, Arrow, and Digi-Key and other official distributors you have customers you can re-engage, you’ll ramp quickly and earn aggressively.

What you’ll do
• Most important -Source new clients and perfectly if you already have your own , respond to RFQs, and close new and repeat orders with OEM/EMS clients.
• Source like a pro: Pull availability and pricing from Mouser, Arrow, Digi-Key and other franchised distributors, plus vetted brokers/independent suppliers.
• Price with precision: Build competitive quotes that protect margin; update pricing as market moves.
• Run clean deals end-to-end
• Guard quality: Coordinate incoming inspection/testing; ensure traceability, CoCs, and anti-counterfeit compliance.
The perfect candidate (what sets you apart)
• Relationships you can activate: You have an established client base (or have worked with them before) and can legally re-open those doors.
• Channel fluent: Hands-on with Mouser, Arrow, Digi-Key—know how to compare authorized stock vs. broker supply, lead times, PPV, and line-card nuances.
• Market reader: Spots shortages/allocations early, finds real supply, and creates win-win deals.
• Negotiation sniper: Balances relationship selling with firm, data-driven negotiation on price/terms.
• Urgent & accurate: Moves fast without skipping checks; prioritizes high-probability, high-margin quotes.
Must-have qualifications
• 2–5+ years in components brokerage, distribution, or OEM/EMS procurement/sales.
• Proven success selling into OEM/EMS accounts with measurable GM$ results.
• Direct experience quoting/sourcing via Mouser, Arrow, Digi-Key (and similar franchised distributors), plus comfort using vetted open-market suppliers.
• Familiarity with component types (ICs, passives, connectors), RoHS/REACH, date codes, MSL, and packaging/handling.
• CRM/ERP literacy (Salesforce/HubSpot; NetSuite/SAP/Dynamics).
• Tools: Octopart, Findchips, Netcomponents
• Strong written and verbal communication; English required (additional languages a plus).
Nice-to-have
• Basic export-control/KYC exposure (EAR/ITAR screening).
How we pay
• Uncapped commission per sale paid on gross margin; clear tiers and accelerators once you pass target GM$.
• Draw or salary + commission options based on experience and portable book.
• Spiffs for strategic wins, new logos, and aged-inventory moves.
