Work From Home – Long-Term Opportunity
We are Happy Lashes, a beauty salon brand with multiple branches in the U.S. and the Philippines. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with marketing skills to help us grow our online presence, attract more clients, and support our product line.

Responsibilities:
Assist with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Schedule posts, engage with followers, and create basic graphics (Canva preferred)
Help manage email marketing/newsletters (Vagaro, Mailchimp, or similar tools)
Assist with marketing automation/chatbot setup (ManyChat experience is a plus)
Support with e-commerce tasks (Shopify product uploads, inventory updates, etc.)
Research marketing trends, competitors, and growth strategies
Other administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant (marketing background preferred)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Tech-savvy and quick learner (AI tools knowledge is a bonus)
Reliable internet connection
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience with Vagaro (scheduling system)
Familiarity with Square POS
Skills in Shopify or e-commerce management
