Virtual Assistant – Real Estate (GoHighLevel & Dispositions Support)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our real estate investment business. The ideal candidate will have experience with GoHighLevel CRM and a solid understanding of real estate processes, particularly wholesaling and dispositions. You’ll be working directly with the business owner to help streamline operations, manage leads, and ensure smooth buyer communication during the dispo process.

Looking for someone who has experience talking to real estate agents and calling them on Zillow.

Responsibilities:


Manage and organize leads inside GoHighLevel (pipeline updates, tagging, automations, follow-up sequences).

Assist in dispositioning deals by marketing properties to buyers, sending email/text blasts, and managing buyer communications.

Maintain and update buyer lists, ensuring contact information and preferences are accurate.

Track offers, and follow up with buyers.

COLD CALLING REALTORS / REAL ESTATE AGENTS

Generate reports on lead activity, buyer engagement, and dispo progress.

Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed to support business growth.

Cold calling and making conversations with agents, making offers on properties.

This will be Primarily ON MARKET wholesaling (Zillow).

Creative Finance Knowledge is not required but a bonus if you have it (Subject to - Seller Finance)


Requirements:

Previous experience using GoHighLevel CRM (must be proficient).

Prior real estate industry knowledge, preferably in wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during agreed hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building automation workflows in GoHighLevel.

Familiarity with disposition strategies (marketing properties, managing buyers, maximizing assignment fees).

Previous VA experience supporting real estate investors or wholesalers.

Must be able to work 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
