Facebook & Instagram Posts with Ad Copy Expert

Looking for someone to that is well seasoned in Facebook Advertising and Marketing.
Must be able to the following, daily. (Max hours 10 hours per week to begin.)

-Add new products to my business Facebook pages, with ad copy.
- Impressive images- high quality from product selection
- Add hash tags to Instagram posts
- Posts made daily related to each Fan page per business
- Knowledge of Pinterest ads, creative content
- Must be Creative and know how to do converting ad copy
