Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Data Research + Cold Calling (Full Time)

We are a roofing/marketing company seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to help us build homeowner lists and make outbound calls for free roof inspections. You will be responsible for pulling property data, skip-tracing phone numbers, scrubbing lists against the Do Not Call Registry, and then calling homeowners using our script.

Responsibilities:
• Use PropStream, PropertyRadar, or similar platforms to pull homeowner lists by ZIP code.
• Apply filters (owner occupied, single family, year built ? 2018, owned ? 5 years).
• Skip-trace to add phone numbers/emails.
• Run all lists through Do Not Call Registry scrubbing tools.
• Organize clean CSV files (master + callable).
• Make outbound calls offering free roof inspections and log every call outcome.
• Maintain accurate call logs: no answer, not interested, callback, appointment set, disqualified.
• Deliver daily reports (# dials, # contacts, # appointments).

Requirements:
• Experience with PropStream, PropertyRadar, BatchLeads, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing and DNC compliance.
• Cold-calling experience (real estate, roofing, or insurance a plus).
• Strong spoken English with clear, confident delivery.
• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet environment.
• Ability to follow scripts and log calls consistently.

Pay: $5–$7/hr (full-time, 40 hrs/week).
Schedule: US business hours (CST).
