GoHighLevel Funnel Builder – Roofing Lead Engine (Test Project + Ongoing Work)

We are a U.S.-based roofing company looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to build out our lead engine funnel. This starts as a paid gig project ($200 flat) with the opportunity for ongoing part-time work (?10 ---------- Test Project (deliver in 3–5 days):
• Create Caller Quick Entry Form (for VA callers to enter leads).
• Build Pipeline stages: New Lead ? Appt Set ? Appt Confirmed ? Inspected ? Contract Won/Lost.
• Set up Calendar (Roof Inspections – Hill Country), synced to Google Calendar.
• Configure SMS Automations:
• Appointment Confirmation Prompt (Reply 1=Confirm, 2=Reschedule).
• Day-Before Reminder.
• Day-Of Reminder.
• Provide Loom walkthrough showing full workflow (lead entry ? appointment ? confirmation ? reminders ? calendar sync).
• Export workflows/templates as JSON.

Ongoing Work (after test):
• Reporting dashboards, referral flows, automations.
• ?10 hrs/week ongoing.

Requirements:
• Proven GHL experience (funnels, pipelines, calendars, automations).
• Clear English communication.
• Able to QA your own builds.
• Must deliver test project in 3–5 days.
