GHL (GoHighLevel) Expert — Contractor Role (Web & Coding Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) contractor who can build, customize, and optimize CRM systems, automations, and funnels. Ideal candidates also bring web coding skills (HTML/CSS/JS) and some software integration experience (APIs, webhooks). Work will be assigned on a per-project basis with the potential for repeat, long-term collaboration.

Scope of Work

GHL builds: funnels, snapshots, websites, surveys/forms, memberships, calendars, chat widgets

CRM automations: workflows, triggers, pipelines, reputation management, 2-way SMS/email, call tracking

Integrations: Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe/PayPal, Zapier/Make, Google tools, webhooks & APIs

Custom coding: HTML/CSS styling, JavaScript for dynamic elements, Liquid variables

Testing & analytics: QA, attribution, UTM tracking, conversion optimization

Documentation: clean SOPs and Loom walkthroughs for handoff

Contractor Requirements

Minimum 2 years GoHighLevel hands-on experience (agency or multiple sub-accounts preferred)

Strong understanding of snapshots, workflows, and pipelines

Front-end coding: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light customization

Ability to set up and troubleshoot integrations/webhooks

Reliable communication, good English writing, and documentation skills

Access to stable internet and backup options

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Liquid templating in GHL

GA4/GTM event tracking & attribution

Backend basics (Node/PHP) and Git/GitHub familiarity

UI/UX eye for clean design
