We are hiring an Email Designer to create visually engaging, high-converting email designs in Photoshop. You will be responsible for turning campaign briefs into complete image-based email layouts that are optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Responsibilities:
- Design full-image email layouts in Photoshop based on campaign briefs.
- Create banners, product sections, and promotional graphics for emails.
- Optimize images for file size (typically under 150KB).
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
- Work closely with the Email Specialist to deliver final assets for upload.
- Stay updated on email design trends and best practices.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Photoshop (or similar design tools).
- Strong portfolio of ecommerce or marketing email designs.
- Understanding of email-specific design guidelines (file size, width, responsive readability).
- Ability to follow briefs and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
