Lonewolf Workforce is a U.S.-based staffing agency specializing in temporary and direct-hire placements for construction skilled trades. We staff mission-critical projects like data centers, as well as electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage contractors nationwide.
We’re looking for a full-time recruiter who can think creatively and source high-quality candidates using multiple tools and platforms. This is not a role for someone who only waits for resumes to come in — we need someone resourceful, proactive, and confident working in the U.S. skilled trades market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Source, screen, and build pipelines of skilled trades candidates (electricians, mechanical trades, low-voltage installers, etc.) for U.S. construction projects.
Manage both high-volume hiring needs (50–100+ workers) and ongoing direct-hire roles.
Use Zoho Recruit/Zoho One to track candidates and manage pipelines (experience preferred but not required).
Apply creative sourcing strategies: Boolean search, LinkedIn outreach,
Pre-screen candidates to ensure only qualified matches are submitted.
Collaborate with the U.S. team daily, working full-time hours in alignment with U.S. business needs.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years recruiting experience in temporary staffing or agency recruiting.
Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of filling roles using multiple channels.
Experience with U.S. construction/skilled trades staffing is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
