Project Manager (Multiple Projects) – Remote

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple projects.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
2. Social Media Content Projects
Coordinate with video editors and content creators to produce engaging social media reels.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, branding, and timeline expectations.
3. E-Learning Platform Projects
Work with clients to understand e-learning and membership requirements and configure e-learning platform (EzyCourse).
Test and verify the platform setup to ensure alignment with client specifications.
4. Meeting Management
Attend project meetings, take detailed notes (use AI transcription), and extract actionable items.
Track deliverables and follow up with responsible team members to ensure timely completion.
5. Quality Assurance
Review and test all deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain an organized central repository of project documents, SOPs, and assets using Notion (or similar tools).
Ensure all stakeholders have easy access to updated project information.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of project management or operations experience.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Basic understanding of e-learning platforms (EzyCourse experience a plus).
- Familiarity with social media content workflows preferred.
- Tools Knowledge: Project management tools, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Work Style: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
