Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – $6+/hr + Bonuses

Job Overview
We are an AI Growth company with a proven system that has been developed over 6+ years and used successfully in 1,700+ gyms worldwide. We’re now expanding into the martial arts niche and are looking for an experienced Cold Calling & Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team.

You will be the first point of contact with gym owners, presenting our services, handling objections, and booking qualified sales calls. This role is for someone who is confident, direct, and able to hold the frame of the conversation with business owners.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting (B2B sales background strongly preferred).
- Fluent, near-native English with a clear, confident speaking voice.
- Strong objection handling skills and the ability to maintain control of the conversation.
- Direct and professional tone — you don’t get pushed around or lose confidence with gatekeepers or decision makers.
- Someone looking for a long-term role with career growth and increasing pay opportunities.

Job Details
- Hours: Minimum of 30 hours/week during U.S. business hours (flexible scheduling possible).
- Pay: Starting at $6.00+ per hour, with performance-based bonuses for every booked call.
- Tools Required: Computer, reliable internet connection, quality microphone/headset. Scripts and training materials will be provided.
