We are looking for a part-time Web Designer & Developer based in the Philippines to help us design and build a modern, professional, and user-friendly corporate website. This is a remote role (not full-time) and best suited for freelancers or professionals seeking flexible, project-based work.
This role is design-driven — we need someone with a strong sense of visual storytelling, UI/UX best practices, and the ability to create a polished enterprise look. You will combine creative design skills with web development capabilities to bring our website to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Website Design & Branding
o Translate brand guidelines and content into a clean, modern website design that appeals to enterprise clients.
o Create wireframes, style guides, and mockups before development.
o Design visuals, infographics, and page layouts that enhance clarity and engagement.
o Ensure a consistent look and feel across all pages and sections.
• Web Development
o Build the website using a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) with responsive and mobile-first design.
o Implement functional elements such as lead forms, call-to-action buttons, and navigation menus.
o Optimize website performance (speed, SEO, security).
o Ensure compatibility across major browsers and devices.
• Collaboration & Iteration
o Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals and messaging.
o Provide regular progress updates and adjust designs based on feedback.
o Recommend design improvements to enhance usability and lead conversion.

• Must have your own computer, design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), and reliable internet connection.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past work on corporate or B2B websites.
• Proven skills in UI/UX design, with an eye for typography, color balance, and layout.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Experience designing responsive websites with enterprise-grade polish.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and performance optimization.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage deadlines while working remotely.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience designing infographics, icons, or simple motion graphics for enterprise websites.
• Understanding of APAC/SEA tech audiences and enterprise website expectations.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, PDPA, ISO 27001) in website builds.
Contract Details
• Remote role with flexible working hours (must join occasional virtual check-ins).
• Compensation: competitive hourly or project-based rate depending on experience.
