Virtual Assistant – Social Media DM Setter (Full-Time)

We help busy women lose 10-30 lbs of fat and build muscle. We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle Instagram & Facebook ---------- and book sales calls.
???? Pay
    •    $650 USD/month base pay
    •    + 3% commission per closed call you booked
    •    Previous VAs averaged $800–$1,000+ per month (performance = higher pay)

???? Must-Haves
    •    Perfect written English (spelling, grammar, structure)
    •    No AI tools – natural communication only
    •    Prior experience in DM appointment setting preferred
    •    Reliable laptop & internet
    •    Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)

???? Responsibilities
    •    Respond quickly to inbound Instagram & Facebook ----------
    •    Engage with followers through comments & posts
    •    Warm up leads and encourage them to book calls
    •    Follow our proven communication style

This is a performance-based role with real earning potential if you can communicate well and stay consistent.
