ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an accounting graduate to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. You will provide support in both loan application processing and accounting services for our clients in New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to apply their accounting background while gaining practical experience in financial services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and processing loan applications (data entry, documentation, follow-ups).
Support in bookkeeping and accounting tasks (recording transactions, reconciliations, reports).
Communicate with clients and financial institutions as required.
Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
Perform other administrative tasks related to loan and accounting support.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience with accounting software (advantage but not required).
- Prior VA or loan processing experience is an advantage but not required.
