Job Description

We are looking for a short-form video expert who can create engaging, high-quality videos specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You should know how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds, use trending formats, and edit in a style that drives engagement and followers.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce short-form videos from raw footage (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

Add captions, transitions, effects, and trending audio to maximize watch time

Repurpose longer content into multiple short clips

Stay up to date with Instagram Reels and TikTok trends in the health/wellness niche

Deliver consistent content each week that matches our brand style

Requirements

Proven experience creating viral or high-performing Reels/TikToks/Shorts

Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)

Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram Reels algorithms and trends

Ability to create engaging hooks and storytelling in under 60 seconds

Excellent English communication skills

Compensation

$4–7 USD/hour depending on experience (? ?18,500 – ?32,500 PHP/month at 80 hrs/month)

Bonuses available for performance (growth & engagement results)
