The Role
We’re looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our global team. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles across industries — from sourcing to screening to candidate management. We're looking for someone that takes initiative, high energy, excited and passionate about this work, and ready to learn from founder who is a former talent/recruiting exec.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (posting, sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting).

Partner with the Lead Recruiter/Founder and other recruiter to understand role requirements and success criteria.

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach.

Conduct structured pre-screen interviews and evaluate candidates against success profiles.

Manage candidate communication: scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.

Prepare candidate briefs and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Manatal).

Support multiple roles across industries (e.g., attorneys, healthcare providers, corporate roles).

Collaborate with offshore sourcers when needed to build strong pipelines.

Follow proprietary hiring method.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Experience recruiting for professional roles (healthcare, legal, or corporate preferred).

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles at once.

Experience communicating and presenting to clients

Experience with US based company

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
