Client Outreach Specialist (Child Care & Curriculum Sales Support & Event Center)

We are a U.S.-based company that owns Curriculum Creations and Everyday Play N Learn Child Development Center. We provide curriculum, learning resources, and child care services to families, teachers, homeschool parents, and child care centers.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and friendly Outreach Specialist to help us grow our client base through calls, emails, and social media engagement.

Responsibilities
Call and email child care centers, schools, and homeschool groups to introduce our curriculum and services.
Manage inbound inquiries (calls, texts, and emails) from families and teachers.
Follow up with leads using scripts and email templates.
Maintain accurate lead information in our CRM (HubSpot or Zoho).
Assist with social media engagement (replying to comments, posting updates).
Provide daily reports on number of calls, emails, and responses.
Support our sales team by booking demos and appointments.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with U.S. clients.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Organized and detail-oriented with good data entry skills.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with child care, homeschooling, or education is a bonus (but not required).
