We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) employee to assist us in providing great customer service to our customers through both phone support and live chat. The primary tasks of the individual will be to help answer prospective customers' questions as well as handle requests for existing customers through channels such as phone, email, live chat, social media and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support with USA customers as well as ability to handle marketing and ecommerce order processing-related tasks. Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Will be working with a customer support software. Experiences with ecommerce, email marketing, social media are a plus.
Working Hours: 9:00PM-6:00AM (night shift with 1-hour break) / 6:00AM-3:00PM PST
