Role: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (US Eastern Time)

Schedule: 8 hours/day inside 8:00am–7:00pm US Eastern (choose your 8-hour block)
Compensation: Base $3/hr + commissions. Top performers typically earn $900–$1,700/week (illustrative, not guaranteed): $25 per attended demo + 5–15% of setup fees, daily SPIF for 2+ shows/day, weekly Payoneer.

What we do
We help local service businesses (plumbers, water damage restoration, electricians, and similar trades) turn missed calls into booked jobs with an AI receptionist + website that answers fast and books directly on the owner’s calendar—even after hours.

What you will do (calls-first)
-Call cold leads we provide (initial focus on the Eastern US)
-Use our short talk tracks (or your own style) to book a 7–15 minute demo
-Calls only for prospecting; email/SMS is allowed only if you are not working inside our system, but this is a calling role
-Log every call and outcome on a simple Google Sheet
-Post a daily recap: dials, connects, shows set, shows attended, sales (if any)
-Communicate in real time over WhatsApp when needed

Tools we provide
-Verified lead lists (you do not source leads)
-GHL dialer access if needed
-Calendar link and scripts (NEPQ-style talk tracks available)

How you are paid (base + commission)
-Base $3/hr (full-time ? $120/week)
-$25 per attended demo (“show”) — paid only when the prospect shows up, not just booked
-5% of the setup fee on every sale (Starter/Growth/Elite)
-If the setup fee is waived, you still get a $25 minimum per sale
-Weekly tier bump on all sales in that week: 3 sales ? 10% commission, 4+ sales ? 15% commission
-Daily SPIF: if you hit 2 shows in a single day, your show bonus doubles to $50 per show for that day (applies to that day’s shows)
-Payout weekly via Payoneer (no caps; earnings depend on activity and results)
-Example earnings (illustrative, not guaranteed)
-Day example: 2 attended demos = $50 in show bonuses; 1 Growth sale that day adds 5% of $1,997 = $100 (or 10–15% if you are on the weekly tier)
-Week example: 8 shows attended ($200) + 3 sales (weekly tier = 10%). If those were two Growth + one Starter, commissions are about $499. Total ? $699 for the week, plus base.
-We cannot carry “learners” for 4–5 weeks. If you can perform from day one, you will love this.

You are
-A hunter who loves the phone; confident, calm, and curious (not shouty)
-High English level with a clear, neutral accent; comfortable live on the phone
-Organized and consistent: you log every call and send a short daily recap
-Able to work a daily 8-hour block inside 8am–7pm Eastern

Requirements
-Fast, stable internet and a quiet workspace
-USB headset and reliable computer
-Comfortable with a dialer and Google Sheets
-Willing to use call recordings for QA and coaching
