Ecommerce Operations VA (Shopify & Subscriptions)

Job Description:

DuraPaw is a Canadian monthly dog subscription box. We’re looking for a proactive VA to handle customer support, subscriptions, and daily operations.

Main tasks:

Customer support (email/tickets): quick, friendly responses, resolve issues, save cancels with adjustments.
Subscriptions (Loop): edits, skips, swaps, add-ons, churn-save steps.
Orders/logistics: address checks, reships, 3PL coordination, tracking follow-ups.
Shopify tasks: discounts, product updates, draft orders, refunds.
Data & light admin: Airtable/Sheets, weekly KPIs, Canva edits, SOP updates.

You should:

Write clear, friendly English.
Solve problems end-to-end, think ahead.
Be accurate and detail-driven.
Manage time well and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
