Telecaller for UK Tech Company

This is NOT a simple VA job. You will be making outbound calls to UK businesses. Many people will say no. Some will hang up. If you want an easy admin job, don’t apply.

But if you’re hungry, confident, and want a chance to grow with a UK tech company — this role is for you.

Responsibilities
• Call UK small businesses using a provided UK number (VOIP).
• Follow a short, simple script (training provided).
• Book appointments with the company founder.
• Keep daily records of calls and results.

Requirements
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Comfortable with rejection (you will hear “no” a lot).
• Quiet workspace + reliable internet.
• Call centre or sales experience is a plus (not required, we train).
• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week, UK daytime shift).

Compensation
• Base Salary: $400/month (paid weekly during trial, then monthly).
• Bonus: 10–15% commission per closed client
• Long-term growth: chance to move into Customer Success or Team Leader role as we expand.
