JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Representative to handle our customer emails for 2–4 hours per day. Emails should be cleared daily (Monday through Friday).

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow as our brand expands.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally

-Handle situations with empathy while balancing the needs of both the customer and the business

Resolve issues such as:

-Damaged or missing packages

-Shipping delays (inventory restocks, seasonal delays, etc.)

-Dissatisfied customers threatening chargebacks or disputes

-Clearly explain solutions while keeping customers reassured and satisfied

-Recognize when to put the customer first vs. when to protect the business’s best interests

Requirements:

-Strong written communication skills

-A natural, friendly, and professional tone in responses

-Ability to think critically in customer situations and provide balanced resolutions

-Some understanding of sales, customer psychology, and human interaction

-Reliable, consistent, and able to manage workload independently

-Availability to check and clear emails daily (except weekends)

Compensation:

$3–4 USD per hour to start

After 3 months, the rate may increase and you will also be eligible for performance bonuses
