YouTube Channel Manager for Faceless Content Channel

Looking for a highly-qualified and motivated YouTube Channel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing faceless YouTube channel. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing or scaling YouTube channels and be able to handle every aspect of channel management with consistency and excellence. Candidate must meet ALL the skills outlined in this job post and have experience in the following tasks:

Content scheduling & uploads (SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags)

Thumbnail optimization & A/B testing

YouTube SEO & keyword research

Audience engagement (comments, community posts, analytics monitoring)

Managing video editors/voiceover/script freelancers (if needed)

Tracking analytics (CTR, watch time, retention, subscriber growth)

Competitor research and trend analysis

Ensuring compliance with YouTube monetization and policy guidelines

Candidate must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about growing YouTube channels. The role offers opportunities for competitive pay raises and performance bonuses as the channel grows.
