Outbound Appointment Setter Remote | Casual | Reporting to Head of Client Success & Growth

The Role
You'll be calling and emailing cold and warm leads from curated lists to qualify interest and book calls with our Head of Client Success. You’ll play a key role in helping us reach more students who want to level up their skills through our
academy. This role is ideal for someone with a great phone presence, a sharp ear, and a love of hitting targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Call and Email Leads: Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads with clarity, energy, and professionalism.
Book Appointments: Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls via HubSpot.
Follow-Up: Manage reschedules, cancellations, and missed calls. Keep every lead moving.
Track Progress: Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and report on outcomes.
Hit Targets: Meet daily/weekly call volume and booking goals.
Support Team Goals: Work with your leader to improve scripts, refine the process, and test ideas.
