Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter for Solo Realtor

???? About the Role

I am a licensed Realtor in North Carolina & South Carolina, serving Charlotte and the surrounding areas. I am looking for a reliable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help me grow my real estate business. You will work directly with me, making cold calls to my leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.

This is a great opportunity if you’re motivated, confident on the phone, and want a stable role with performance-based bonuses.

???? Responsibilities

Make 40–60 outbound cold calls per day to real estate leads (buyers, sellers, investors) in the Charlotte metro area.

Follow my provided scripts and objection-handling methods.

Qualify prospects and collect information on their needs and motivation.

Schedule at least 2 qualified appointments per week with me.

Enter notes and call details into my CRM system.

Do consistent follow-ups with warm leads.

? Requirements

Clear and strong English communication skills (neutral accent).

Confident and comfortable making cold calls.

Previous experience in real estate cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.

Reliable internet connection + headset.

Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.

Hourly Rate: $4–6 USD (based on experience)

Bonuses: Extra pay for every qualified appointment set
