About Us
Jasmine Investments is a Portland-based real estate development company specializing in multifamily projects. We acquire, entitle, build, and refinance affordable housing in Portland’s premier neighborhoods. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to help us keep construction and entitlement projects on track.

Role Summary
You will coordinate tasks across multiple projects, track deadlines, follow up with subcontractors and city officials, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work inside our project management system (ClickUp) to manage workflows, track dependencies, and provide weekly updates.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update project schedules in ClickUp (construction, entitlement, financing).
• Track and follow up on outstanding tasks with subcontractors, consultants, and city reviewers.
• Monitor permitting milestones and report delays.
• Coordinate with accounting VA on invoice status and budget vs. actuals.
• Prepare weekly status updates (project % complete, critical blockers, urgent next steps).
• Assist in lender communications by tracking inspections, draw requests, and required documentation.

Requirements
• Prior project management experience (real estate or construction preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proactive personality: takes ownership, follows up relentlessly, raises issues early.
• Comfortable working remotely with U.S. clients.

Preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. permitting and construction workflows.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders (architects, engineers, lenders).
• Ability to prepare and present clear status reports.
