JOB OVERVIEW

Starting salary: 80, ---------- ,000 PHP+/month depending on experience; part-time or project-based options available

Job Hours: 9am - 6pm local Manila time, 2 weeks PTO after probation

Role summary: Turn Amazon data into decisions. You will connect SP-API and Ads API, build reliable pipelines, and deliver dashboards showing sales comps, PPC efficiency (TACOS/ACOS), and inventory health across US, CA, UK, FR, DE, IT, ES.

What you will do:
- Connect SP-API + Ads API with secure auth, refresh tokens, rate-limit handling, and error retries
- Build data models for Orders/Financials/Ads/Inventory across marketplaces and currencies
- Create dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly/annual comps (revenue and units) at account and ASIN level
- Show PPC metrics: ad sales, ad spend, TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR by ASIN
- Inventory board: FBA available/inbound/receiving + AWD, cover-days, restock suggestions, and alerts
- Automate alerts to Microsoft Teams/Email for ACOS spikes, sales drops, low stock, inbound delays
- Document pipelines, write runbooks, and hand over clean code

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience with Amazon SP-API (Reports/Orders/Inventory) and Amazon Ads API
- Python or TypeScript, SQL, AWS (Lambda/ECS, S3, Glue/Athena or RDS/Redshift), job schedulers
- Dashboard tools (Power BI/Looker/Metabase/Superset/Grafana)
- Understands pagination, throttling, and data freshness labeling
- Comfortable with timezones, currency conversion, and marketplace differences

Nice-to-have:
- dbt, Terraform/CDK, anomaly detection, AWD experience
- E-commerce domain understanding (Buy Box, restock limits, FBA constraints)

Work setup:
- Remote; working 9am - 6pm local Manila time
- Full-time; will consider project-based or part-time depending on experience
- Paid test project before hire
