Content & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Jasmine Investments partners with accredited investors to fund and develop multifamily projects. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships and transparent communication. We are seeking a creative Content & Marketing VA to help manage our investor-facing communications across video, social media, and email.

Role Summary
You will take raw content (video Q&A, case studies, investor updates) and turn it into polished, engaging materials. You’ll manage our content calendar, post regularly on social platforms, draft newsletters, and track engagement.

Responsibilities
• Edit raw video into short clips, reels, and polished updates (using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Add captions, graphics, and branding to video and social posts.
• Manage a content calendar (ClickUp/Notion) and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Draft investor newsletters and email campaigns for review.
• Repurpose long-form video into multiple short posts.
• Track engagement analytics and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Jordan to brainstorm and prepare investor Q&A content.

Requirements
• Video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Social media management skills (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Strong written English for captions, posts, and email content.
• Creative eye for branding and design (Canva or similar tools).
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven.

Preferred
• Prior work with real estate, finance, or investment companies.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• Understanding of U.S. investor communications tone (professional, trustworthy, approachable).
