Hiring: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Part-time / Freelance | Remote

We need someone who can take full ownership of the backend of our e-commerce brand. Marketing and growth are covered — your job is to make sure the machine runs smoothly every single day.

What you’ll do:

Keep suppliers and fulfillment on track (lead times, shipments, stock)

Manage Shopify daily (products, checkout, multi-market setup)

Own the returns/refund process and reduce return rates

Make sure customer service runs on clear KPIs (response time, reviews)

Report key numbers (returns, fulfillment speed, NPS) and flag problems early

Create and manage SOPs so the team runs on rails

Who you are:

Experienced in e-commerce ops (Shopify experience required)

Proactive problem-solver who spots issues before they blow up

Comfortable working with suppliers, CS teams, and marketing

Numbers-driven — you back decisions with data
