Audience Growth & Community Engagement (Skool Platform)

I’m looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help me grow and engage my audience on the **Skool platform**. You’ll focus on lead generation, community building, and sales support—turning interested followers into active members of my online community.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Audience Growth & Lead Gen**

* Research and identify ideal members (first-gen immigrant professionals, global citizens, expats).

* Invite qualified prospects to join the Skool community.

* Manage outreach lists and track responses.

* **Community Engagement**

* Post regular conversation starters, polls, and prompts.

* Reply to comments and keep discussions active.

* Welcome new members and direct them to resources.

* **Content & Marketing Support**

* Repurpose existing podcast, book, and coaching content into Skool posts.

* Draft short captions, calls-to-action, and engagement prompts.

* Suggest content ideas based on trending conversations in immigrant/global mobility spaces.

* **Analytics & Reporting**

* Track member growth, post engagement, and conversions.

* Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

**Qualifications**

* Proven experience managing or growing an online community (Skool, Facebook Groups, Circle, Mighty Networks, etc.).

* Strong communication and writing skills in English.

* Familiarity with lead generation and nurturing strategies.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

* Comfortable using spreadsheets, basic design tools (Canva), and Loom for updates.

**Nice to Have**

* Background or interest in immigrant, expat, or global professional communities.

* Experience with podcast promotion, coaching businesses, or online course platforms.

* Knowledge of SEO and social media growth strategies.
