HIRING: AI + AIRTABLE AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (CRM + REPORTING)

We build AI-first legal ops. You will own Airtable automation, n8n + Make orchestration, and AI-enabled CRM workflows.

WHO WE ARE:

- Used over 500,000,000+ OpenAI tokens this year
- Build custom GPT workflows, n8n LangChain agents, AI dashboards
- Teach law firms how to leverage AI in real operations


ROLE SNAPSHOT:

- Design, ship, and maintain Airtable-based CRM systems
- Build automations with n8n and Make (API calls, webhooks, retries, error handling)
- Create Airtable interfaces + reporting views for ops and leadership
- Connect Airtable to external tools
- Contribute to AI pipelines (prompting, evaluation, embeddings, LLM agents)


MUST HAVES:

- 2+ years Airtable (preferably more); not basic — real systems at scale
- Hands-on n8n and Make experience (daily driver level)
- Comfortable with JavaScript, Python, Airtable Scripts, JSON
- CRM logic fluency (pipelines, SLAs, lifecycle states, permissions)
- Habit of documenting, testing, and monitoring automations


NICE TO HAVE:

- Reporting chops: rollups, interfaces, Looker/Data Studio, KPI design
- Data migration, cleanup, and schema design in Airtable
- Experience in legal, professional services, or high-SLA environments
- AI integration familiarity: RAG, vector DBs, evals, function calling
