Our operations run on a web of automations, databases, and workflows. We’re looking for a Systems Integrator to build, maintain, and optimize these systems so every department runs smoothly and efficiently.

???? The Role
You’ll be the backbone of our tech stack—owning execution across ---------- , Airtable, and GoHighLevel (GHL). This is not a “click buttons and follow SOPs” role. You’ll design, troubleshoot, and ship working systems that solve real business problems.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Systems Integrator but are expected to own builds end-to-end and keep systems reliable.

???? Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced automations in ---------- .
- Design and manage Airtable bases, formulas, automations, and interfaces.
- Set up and optimize GHL workflows for marketing, sales, and client success.
- Connect tools (ClickUp, ---------- , Circle, Whop, etc.) into streamlined workflows.
- Create dashboards, reports, and syncs across departments (Sales, CS, Finance).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, sync issues, and logic errors.
- Document builds with SOPs and Looms for smooth handoffs.

? You’re a Fit If You…
- Have proven, hands-on experience with:
- GHL: basics & workflows
- ---------- : complex automations (multi-step, conditional logic, APIs)
- Airtable: formulas, automations, interfaces, syncs
- Have 1–3+ years building systems for companies or freelance clients
- Can troubleshoot issues across multiple tools and data flows
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate clearly (documentation, Looms, simple explanations)
- Bonus: Experience with AI tool integrations, APIs, and multi-department workflows
