???? Role Overview

We’re looking for a Reddit Growth Hacker who knows how to navigate subreddits, spark engagement, and drive traffic/leads in a way that feels organic, value-driven, and community-first.

You should understand how to:

Find the right subreddits where D2C/e-commerce brand owners hang out

Contribute genuinely valuable posts and comments that build authority

Seed discussions, case studies, and insights related to e-commerce product visuals

Use Reddit ads (optional bonus) to amplify content

Track performance (upvotes, traffic, conversions) and refine the playbook

?? Responsibilities

Research and identify high-potential subreddits for e-commerce, Amazon sellers, and D2C founders

Create and schedule posts and comments that add value while subtly positioning our agency

Repurpose agency content (case studies, demo visuals, tips) into Reddit-native formats

Engage in discussions to warm up leads before DMs or landing page CTAs

Build a Reddit growth playbook for ongoing lead generation

Bonus: experiment with Reddit Ads to drive signups

? Requirements

Proven experience with Reddit marketing, growth, or community building

Deep understanding of Reddit culture (how to provide value without spamming)

Strong writing skills: clear, concise, engaging posts

Ability to analyse subreddit performance and adapt quickly

Bonus: experience running paid Reddit ad campaigns
