Customer Service Rep

Customer service representative needed. At least 3 years of experience.

Basic skills will require reading and understanding a high volume of emails. Most all include but not limited to :
answering all customer concerns within 24 hours such as shipping status,
checking order order status,
checking tracking number,
manage refunds and returns,
correcting shipping address,
correcting customer orders.

Preferred candidate will have at least 60wpm, adaptable on learning different softwares and systems, efficient in time management, ability to work independently, solve problems in a timely manner and delegate problems to the manager when needed.
