Content Creation/ Customer Engagement

We’re Detailed Solutions, a premium auto detailing and ceramic coating company based in Richmond, VA, and we’re looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant who can communicate like a real human, handle customers smoothly, and confidently manage our photo/video content across social media.

This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, customer-obsessed, and knows how to make a brand look sharp online.

???? Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication

Respond to leads and inquiries via text and call, using natural, fluent English.

Sound like a real human, not a script or chatbot.

Send pricing quotes and basic service recommendations (we’ll provide training and guides).

Follow up with leads using our CRM tools.


2. Content Creation & Social Media

Edit photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Repurpose video clips into Reels/stories with captions, music, and transitions.

Use tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, or InShot to make content pop.

Write short captions and schedule posts using scheduling tools.

Collaborate with the team to build a weekly content calendar.

Fluent in written and spoken English — your replies must sound like a native speaker, not robotic or awkward.

Comfortable giving quotes and explaining services over text.

Must know how to edit both photos and videos (basic reels, transitions, trimming, overlays, etc.).

Prior experience managing business social media accounts (bonus if it's automotive-related).

Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.

Must be available during U.S. EST business hours.

Stable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Experience using HighLevel, Urable, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

Graphic design skills for creating service flyers, thumbnails, etc.

Hourly rate based on experience (weekly pay via Wise, Payoneer, or GCash).

Bonuses based on performance, lead conversions, and consistency.
