The role
We’re hiring a Senior TikTok Shop Account Manager to own end-to-end TikTok Shop operations for multiple clients—from product onboarding and compliance to promotions, affiliate/creator programs, live shopping, fulfilment, and Shop Ads. This is a senior, hands-on, client-facing role with cross-regional scope (US/UK/EU).
What you’ll do
Own A–Z TikTok Shop setup & ops: Seller Center configuration, marketplace eligibility, VAT/tax settings, payments, shipping templates, returns, and Shop policies.
Catalogue & PDP excellence: product ingestion (via connectors/API), attribute hygiene, variations, imagery/video, SEO, trust signals, and approval/quality review workflows.
Compliance & risk: category restrictions, safety docs (e.g., cosmetics/CE/UKCA), age-gating, claims review, and issue remediation (suspensions, warnings, IP).
Promotions & merchandising: vouchers, coins, bundles, flash deals, campaign participation, storefront nav, and seasonal calendars; forecast inventory and margins.
Affiliate & creator growth: recruit/brief/manage creators through TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Marketplace; set commission ladders, track GMV share, manage usage rights.
Live Shopping & content commerce: plan show/slot calendars, scripts/offers, pinning, moderation, and post-event breakdowns.
Fulfilment & CX: coordinate FBT/3PL/merchant-fulfilled SLAs, packaging, cancellations/refunds, ODR reduction, reviews/UGC loops, and customer service playbooks.
Measurement & reporting: build weekly MBR/QBRs; track GMV, AOV, CVR, take rate, promo ROI, affiliate contribution, refund rate, and shop health score.
Shop Ads (Shopping/Video Shopping Ads): connect catalogue, optimise placements & bids, creative iteration with Spark, and align ad spend to Shop inventory & margin.
Cross-functional leadership: align with e-com, finance, logistics, and creative to hit revenue and profitability targets across regions/time zones.
You’ll bring
3-5+ years in marketplace/e-commerce ops with deep, hands-on TikTok Shop experience (launch ? scale) across US, UK, and/or EU.
Mastery of TikTok Seller Center, Shop Ads/Shopping Ads, Product Catalogues, Affiliate (creator portal), Live Shopping, Events/Pixel, Business Center, and Creative Center.
Comfortable with Shopify/WooCommerce connectors, feed tools, basic API/GTM knowledge, and analytics (in-platform dashboards, GA4/BI).
Proven client leadership: roadmap ownership, crisp comms, and data-driven decisioning.
Strong grasp of policy, compliance, and regional nuances (VAT, disclosures, returns & consumer law).
Remote-first operator with excellent project management and prioritisation.
Nice to have
Experience with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), multi-warehouse/3PL routing, and cost-to-serve modelling.
Live Shopping playbooks; basic video editing (CapCut) for PDP/ads content.
Experience stabilising shops after warnings/suspensions.
Success metrics (examples)
GMV growth and profitability (take rate, contribution margin).
Catalogue health (approval rate, error-free listings) & PDP CVR.
Shop health & CX: ODR, on-time ship rate, refund/cancel rate.
Promotions ROI and sell-through; stockouts avoided.
Affiliate GMV share and creator activation rate.
