We run a property investment business.
We’re opening a new branch and want one person to handle all our automations.
This isn’t a job.
It’s gig-by-gig paid work.
We just want to find our go-to person.

How it Works
We’ll send you workflows to build or fix in n8n.


You get paid per project.


If you’re good, you become the person we always go to.



First Step
We’re asking a few people to apply.
From there, we’ll pick one person for a small paid test project.
That test shows us:
Can you actually build in n8n (not Zapier, not Make)?


Can you explain clearly what you’re doing?


Can you deliver on time without excuses?



What We Need to Know
Answer these (write or Loom but you must send one Loom too):
What’s your real experience in n8n? Show us workflows you’ve built.


How would you adapt an existing template to fit a new case?


What would you build into a workflow to catch bugs or errors fast?


How would you stop workflows from failing silently (customer doesn’t get info, and we don’t know)?


What alerts or monitoring would you set up to avoid downtime?


What are we not asking that we should be, to make sure automations don’t break the business?
